Riverwood Coronavirus Helpline

Riverwood Healthcare is closely following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) for the latest coronavirus (COVID-19) information and prevention recommendations. Our priority is to care for our community and to provide you with information you can trust.

If you have questions about what you should do, or if you are experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness—fever, coughing, troubling breathing, call our coronavirus helpline at 1-844-428-1323, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Call ahead: If you have symptoms that you feel require immediate medical attention, call 9-1-1. For everyone’s safety, if you have symptoms that you feel may be consistent with COVID-19, or if you feel that you’ve been exposed to COVID-19, please call before you come to the clinic and our nurses will advise you on how to proceed.

After hours and weekends: Call Riverwood’s main switchboard: 218-927-2121 or the Minnesota Department of Health hotline at 1-651-201-3920, 7 days/week, 7 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Prevent spreading COVID-19: Protect yourself, your family, and the community by following the CDC’s recommendations for reducing your chance of being infected or spreading the virus by visiting the CDC website.

Please also follow the President’s Coronavirus Guidelines for America, including staying home if you feel sick, avoiding social gatherings, and avoiding discretionary travel such as shopping trips and social visits. Learn more about 15 Days To Slow the Spread.
