Riverwood Healthcare Center will host a seminar called “Solutions for Knee or Shoulder Pain” at the Aitkin hospital in conference room C/ D on Wed., Feb. 20, 12 to 1 p.m.
This program will be presented by Dr. Jon Herseth, orthopaedic surgeon, with Minnesota Center for Orthopaedics in Aitkin and Crosby. A Riverwood physical therapist, Jenn Klee, will present information on how rehabilitation services can help before and after surgery.
Dr. Herseth uses both surgical and nonsurgical means to diagnose and treat ailments affecting muscles, bones and joints, degenerative diseases, infections, tumors, and congenital disorders. He is fellowship trained in orthopaedic surgery for sports-related injuries. He practices with Dr. Erik Severson, orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in joint replacements, and Dr. Susan Moen, orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in treating hand, wrist and elbow conditions.
