Adam English, registered nurse and joint coordinator for the Minnesota Center for Orthopaedics (MCO), will discuss osteoarthritis and its signs, symptoms, causes and solutions. His presentation will include signs and symptoms of hip and knee arthritis and nonsurgical and surgical treatment options, including a new Rapid Recovery protocol that reduces pain and speeds recovery from total joint replacements.
English works closely with pre-operative and post-operative patients of Dr. Erik Severson and Dr. Leo Chough, MCO orthopaedic surgeons practicing at the Aitkin and Crosby medical campuses. He guides patients through their joint replacement, including education before surgery and is available to answer any questions or address any situations that arise in the post-operative period.
