Riverwood Healthcare Center now offers a convenient way to get reminders for your clinic appointments on your cell phone.
Sign up for text messages in a simple two-step process. First, call Riverwood’s clinic appointments line at (218) 927-2157, or toll-free at (888) 270-1882, to get your cell phone entered in your electronic patient record. Then text RHH to 622622. A text receipt is sent back to the person signing up to confirm texting is activated with Riverwood.
Instead of a phone call reminder for Riverwood clinic appointments, those who sign up for texting will receive a text message. They will have an option to cancel and confirm primary care and many specialty care clinic appointments.
Message and data rates may apply per your cell phone plan. To opt out of texting with Riverwood, simply text “STOP” to 622622.
