Giving the gift of music during the holiday season brings joy to so many.Riverwood Healthcare Center is recruiting volunteers to play holiday piano music, or other instruments, in its hospital and clinic lobby in Aitkin weekdays, Dec. 1 to 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Two-hour shifts are preferred but shorter ones will be available according to needs of volunteers.
“This is a great way to bring a little extra cheer with the gift of music this holiday season,” said Katie Nelson, Riverwood Foundation director. “Special thanks to the 12 anonymous donors and Rick’s Piano in Aitkin for helping us make this happen, and to all those who have already volunteered to play.”
