Riverwood Announces Promotion to Population Health Program Manager

Riverwood Healthcare Center is proud to announce the promotion of Emma Arnold to Population Health Program Manager—an exciting step forward as Riverwood continues to strengthen care across our communities.

In her new role, Arnold will lead efforts to advance Riverwood’s population health strategy, improving patient outcomes, enhancing quality performance, and expanding value-based care initiatives.

Arnold began her Riverwood career four years ago as an adolescent care project intern while completing her bachelor’s degree. She later returned as Population Health Program Coordinator, where she has played a key role in developing partnerships, implementing programs, managing grant-funded projects, and using data-driven insights to close care gaps and improve patient experience.

“I believe healthcare goes beyond treating illness,” Arnold said. “It should support the whole person. I’m passionate about building connections that improve access, promote prevention and help people live healthier lives.”

Arnold earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota. Riverwood holds a special place in her life—her entire immediate family is part of the Riverwood team, united by a deep commitment to the community they call home.

“We’re proud to see Emma step into this role,” said Dan Schletty, Director of Ambulatory Services. “Her work reflects our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate, personalized care and will continue to strengthen how we serve our community.”

Outside of work, Arnold enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. Her energy carries through in all she does.
