Riverwood Healthcare Center is pleased to welcome Lee Reichenbach as human resources director and member of its senior management team. He is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources functions throughout the organization, and also oversees the Education department.
“With a unique combination of experience in human resources and retail management, Lee brings tremendous skills to managing our workforce,” said Todd Sandberg, Riverwood chief executive officer. “In addition, he is excited to build upon a foundation where team members can be proud of and contribute to an outstanding work environment.”
For the past 18 years, Reichenbach worked for Walmart in human resources and multi- unit management roles, including district manager of 11 pharmacies and nine vision centers.
A native of Black River Falls, Wisc., Reichenbach earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an emphasis on human resources management from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse. He also completed a certification course through the Institute for Applied Management & Law, which enhanced his knowledge of employment law, employee benefits law and human resource management.
“I’ve been impressed with the level of outstanding leadership at Riverwood, and the sense of ownership among the entire team,” Reichenbach said. “The most gratifying thing for me is to help employees connect the dots between what they do and the organization’s positive impact on people’s lives every day.”
