Riverwood seeks participation in community meetings

Riverwood Healthcare Center is seeking local participants for several community input meetings it will host in the Aitkin and McGregor communities in late July.

The purpose of these meetings is to gain feedback from local residents and community leaders on their perceptions of health and wellness resources that are available in the respective communities. Participants will be asked to share their opinions, experiences and ideas. This is a one-time commitment of just 90 minutes; no other commitment or involvement is being requested.

The dates and locations of these meetings are:

MCGREGOR:  July 22, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Fireside Inn

AITKIN:  July 24, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., The Beanery, Butler Building

“As a community resident in our service area, your opinion is important to us,” says Chad Cooper, Riverwood chief executive officer. “That’s why we are extending a warm invitation for you to join us for this important community input session. We promise to make good use of your time and thank you in advance for your participation.”

Each focus group participant will receive a free lunch and a pedometer as a small token of thanks. Please RSVP to Connie Gretschmann, Riverwood administration office, by July 15 at (218) 927-5501or cgretschmann@riverwoodhealthcare.org
