Riverwood Healthcare welcomes new board member

Bryan Nistler

Riverwood Healthcare Center is proud to announce the appointment of Bryan Nistler to its Governing Board of Directors.

“On behalf of our board, I am excited to welcome Bryan to this important leadership position,” said Riverwood CEO Ken Westman. “His business management experience and deep ties to the McGregor community will be invaluable in guiding our board’s decisions in the years to come.”

A McGregor native, Nistler graduated from McGregor High School in 1992. After completing a five-year apprenticeship with The Jamar Company in Duluth, he established his own business, Nistler Plumbing and Heating, in McGregor in 2001.

“I see this board position as a great opportunity to serve the McGregor and Aitkin County communities,” Nistler said. “I look forward to being the voice of local residents and advocating for the healthcare needs and issues that matter most to them.”

Nistler enjoys community involvement, having coached Little League softball and peewee football at McGregor School. He also contributed to the New Life Church Building Committee in Aitkin.

Nistler and his wife, Heather, have three adult children, Alex, Isaac, and Harrison. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time on the water with his family.
