On November 13, Riverwood Healthcare Center gathered at Ruttger’s Bay Lake Lodge to recognize a remarkable group of employees and retirees. This year, 27 individuals were honored for milestone anniversaries and retirements, representing more than 450 combined years of service. Their dedication continues to strengthen the exceptional care Riverwood provides to the community.
Riverwood CEO Ken Westman welcomed attendees with warm remarks, expressing sincere gratitude for the honorees and acknowledging the meaningful impact of their work.
Chief Operating Officer Cindi Baker followed with words of appreciation, recognizing the commitment and adaptability of Riverwood’s team in a constantly evolving healthcare environment.
“I want to begin tonight by simply saying thank you,” Baker shared. “We are proud of each of you. Your years of experience contribute greatly to our success and, most importantly, to our mission of improving health by delivering high-quality, compassionate, and personalized care. I am honored to work alongside every one of you.”
Throughout the evening, each honoree was recognized for their unique contributions to Riverwood and the many ways they have shaped the organization over the years.
The celebration brought together current staff and retirees who reflected on shared experiences and the lasting impact of their work. Those who could not attend were also warmly acknowledged for their dedication and service.
This event was not only a recognition of years—it honored the people behind them, whose commitment has helped build a legacy of care, compassion, and community at Riverwood. Congratulations to all the honorees!
