Pietz has worked in health care her entire professional career, which began in 1997, serving in roles such as physician recruiting consultant, regional recruitment manager, vice president of recruitment, and human resources consultant. Since 2009, Pietz has worked as Riverwood’s physician recruitment manager, a role which included recruiting and onboarding all medical staff members throughout the organization.
Pietz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a double emphasis in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
“I am passionate about sharing our Riverwood story and the incredible care given by our providers and health care teams,” Pietz said. “I look forward to continuing the great work of the Riverwood Foundation and partnering with our communities and donors.”
She added: “We are deeply grateful for the support of our communities and donors, and their belief in the important work we do. This unwavering support encourages us to continue striving for excellence and providing the best care possible to each patient who walks through our doors.”
Pietz was born and raised in Aitkin, returning to the community in 2004 to raise her family and put down roots. She and her husband, Kevin, are proud parents to Arik (21) and Carter (15). She enjoys family time at the lake, beach vacations and all things football.
