Riverwood Healthcare Center is proud to welcome Shannon Sylvester as its new Environmental Services Manager. She brings environmental services experience from her previous role, along with a range of positions in healthcare.
In her role at Riverwood, Sylvester will oversee Environmental Services operations, including staffing, workflows, and day-to-day coordination across the facility.
“I strive to support the best possible healthcare experience for every patient,” said Sylvester. “I am committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness through attention to detail, strong infection control practices, and a shared responsibility for creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.”
Sylvester earned her bachelor’s degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community College and is a skilled leader in environmental services.
“We are excited to welcome Shannon to the Riverwood team,” said Jeff Bare, Director of Facilities. “Her experience and commitment to creating a positive environment will make a meaningful impact for our patients, visitors, and staff.”
Outside of work, Sylvester enjoys spending time with her four children. She’s happiest outdoors—you’ll often find her at a sports game, concert, or gathered around a campfire.
