Join us for a day of FUN on Sunday, July 13, at the Cuyuna Rolling Hills Golf Course in Deerwood.
The cost of $125 per person includes lunch, 18 holes of golf with a cart, dinner and many PRIZES!
Sign up as an individual, find a friend, or put together a team. There is no need to be a good golfer to support this event and Hospice programming in our area.
