Individual appointments with a Registered Dietitian are available with a medical provider’s referral. Nutrition appointments are available at Riverwood Aitkin clinic. For more information, call (218) 927-8281.

Services

Provide support and education for various nutritional needs, such as GERD, weight management, low cholesterol/fat, low sodium, renal disease, food allergies/sensitivities, Chron’s disease/IBS, decreased nutrition support, home tube feedings, diabetes/meal planning/carbohydrate counting, pre-diabetes and nutrition support.
A weight loss support program for adults with a BMI of 30 or greater. This program provides up to 22 visits with the Registered Dietitian.
We are excited to announce the Riverwood Connects: Food Rx program. The Food Rx Program will be providing patients and families access to fresh fruits and vegetables. The Food Rx program will provide qualifying participant with Community Support Agriculture (CSA) Shares and Riverwood Connect Bucks to be used at the Aitkin Farmers Market.
