We are excited to announce the Riverwood Connects: Food Rx program. The Food Rx Program will be providing patients and families access to fresh fruits and vegetables. The Food Rx program will provide qualifying participant with Community Support Agriculture (CSA) Shares and Riverwood Connect Bucks to be used at the Aitkin Farmers Market.
