At Riverwood Healthcare Center, we integrate behavioral health and mental health services into primary care, helping you find relief for depression, anxiety, PTSD, bi-polar disorder, grief, substance abuse, and other mental, behavioral, or psychosocial challenges. Riverwood Healthcare Center is committed to providing high-quality, personalized and compassionate care to the communities we serve. Every three years, Riverwood conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to better understand the communities we serve by identifying, analyzing and prioritizing community health needs. In collaboration with community partners, organizations and individuals along with statistics gathered from the state priority areas are identified and strategies are put in place to address the local health needs. Child and Teen Checkups offer specialized health examinations at no cost for children from birth to age 21, covered under Medical Assistance. These checkups help keep babies, children, teens, and young adults healthy.
Identifying and addressing health and dental issues early on simplifies the treatment process. With the support of their families, teens and young adults can learn to take control of their own health.
