Personal philosophy/approach to medical care

I aim to create a safe, supportive space where people feel free to be themselves – no filters, no judgement. My role is to guide you in exploring emotions, increasing self-awareness, and building stronger connections with yourself and others. I see therapy as creating space for growth, connection, and meaningful change – together.
