In 2010, I had to have double-knee replacement surgery and then had a pacemaker put in after a serious heart problem. After both experiences, I went through rehab and physical therapy at Riverwood.

The providers worked hard to make sure I was back on my feet quickly and could get back to doing what I enjoy—plowing and mowing my 10 acres with my tractor. Dr. Erik Severson takes time with you and really cares about his patients.

I would recommend Riverwood to anyone. It’s a small rural hospital that feels like a home away from home, and at the same time, I know the providers are always up-to-date on procedures. I’ve felt grateful knowing that Riverwood is here because it feels like community.
