“As an Exercise Physiologist, the favorite part of my position is that I’m able to watch my patients improve their overall health while implementing a healthy diet and exercise. I’m lucky to have the opportunity to build a relationship with my patients while they are on their journey to recovery and a healthier lifestyle.”

Education: BS degree in Exercise Science with minors in Coaching and Strength and Conditioning, Minnesota State University, Moorhead; MS degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, University of Mary.

Experience: Five years at a large hospital and at a rural hospital.

Patient Care: Cardiac rehab (Phases I,II,III), EKGs, pulmonary rehab, strength and conditioning, Holter and event monitors, submaximal exercise testing, and stress testing.
