Education/Certifications: BS degree in Nursing, Bethel University; BLS and ACLS certification.
Experience: 25+ years in Nursing, including nearly 20 years at Riverwood, working in the hospital, including all levels of critical care, and formerly supervised cardiac rehab. Started nursing career on a cardiac telemetry unit at the VA and trained for SICU.
Patient Care: Monitor stress tests, including Exercise stresses and Stress Echoes (a treadmill form of stress test), Dobutamine’s (a medication-induced stress test), to the Nuclear Stresses with or without Lexiscan.
