Quality of Care: Patient Experience

With a strong commitment to patient safety, Riverwood Healthcare Center participates in a voluntary survey to achieve Joint Commission Accreditation. To view Riverwood Healthcare Center’s Quality Report, click here.

Riverwood also participates in multiple measures to evaluate the quality of care and customer services. The measures are reported to the public through these organizations.

Complaints and Grievances

Our goal is to deliver high quality care to our patients and exceed your expectations. However, if there is a time that you identify an opportunity to improve the care we provide, we want to hear from you.

If the grievance has not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to forward your grievance to The Joint Commission, which sets standards for more than 18,000 healthcare organizations and programs nationwide.
