Diabetes Self-Management Education: In order to live well with diabetes we will help you understand how to best manage diabetes through healthy eating, physical activity, blood glucose monitoring, taking medications, preventing complications, and caring for the emotional side of diabetes.
Diabetes Prevention Program: Recognized in 2016 by the Centers for Disease Control, this is a 16-week lifestyle change program that offers education and support for people with pre-diabetes or who are at risk for diabetes.
